A fitting port 9 of a vacuum device is installed in the side face 5 and a vacuum gauge 10 is provided at one end of the side face 6. To the fitting port 9, an opening and closing valve 16 and an air hose 15 are connected through a small ejector 14 provided with a silencer 13. When the valve 16 is opened after a soap liquid is applied on a welding line 11, the vacuum box is closely contacted with the absorbing zone 8, made of rubber and the air hose 15 is connected to a compressed air supplying source, a high pressure air is ejected and, at the same time, the pressure in the vacuum box 1 is lowered, and, when any defect exists in the welding line, bubbles are generated. In this way, inspections on welded and connected sections become possible with a handy and a simple device.
