The resistor 6 is formed by coating a resistor film 6b on the surface of the base 6a made of an insulator. Both ends of the resistance film 6b are provided with an electrode 6c, by which the strip conductor 2 is connected and the conductor pedestal 7 is counted. The conductor pedestal 7 consists of a grounding face 7a made of metallic blocks from which the grounding face is set and a connection part 7b supporting and grounding the resistor 6.
