CONSTITUTION: Cross finger type electrode 2 and 3 for transmission and reception of the B-G wave, multiple mold filter input/output electrode 4 and 5 utilizing the thickness shear vibrations plus intermediate electrode 6 are provided each onto piezoelectric substrate 1 containing the polarization axis on the main plane. Then groove 7 is formed by piercing through the whole thickness of substrate 1 in order to secure a vertical electric connection for two units of elements. As for piezoelectric substance 1, electrodes 2∼6 are provided on the dielectric substrate, and the piezoelectric thin film is formed through the vacuum evaporation or sputtering method. Electrode 2 and 3 function as the delay line elements to detect the phase; while electrode 4 and 5 function as BPF respectively. As a result, the composite functional parts can be obtained for the FM use, ensuring a high density for the circuit constitution of the apparatus.
