Namely, whether there is the analyzing information to be replaced in an analyzing information holding part 5 or not is decided by the analyzing information selecting part 3. As a result, when there is the analyzing information capable being replaced, the analyzing information is changed over and an analyzing information change over part 4 is changed over to the analyzing information capable of being replaced. Thus, by providing the selecting part 3, the change over part 4 or the like, when a certain natural language cannot be analyzed and processed, the processing can be executed by changing over to the grammatical laws or the dictionary of the other natural language.
