CONSTITUTION: Plural joists 5A, 5B and 5C each of which is composed of a lip channel member while being commonly used as a gutter, are provided. Each gap 14 acts as a shoot for rain water, rain water over the floor plates 1 thereby flows into the gutter joist 5A and the gutter joist 5B, so that it is thereby drained to a vertical gutter out of the deepest gutter joist 5C. In this case, each gutter joist is supported by drainage slope adjusting parts 7 which commonly act as a gutter backing member, so that each drainage slope is thereby secured.
