The greater parts of the crimped spun fibers 31 are hydrophobia artificial man-made stable fibers and the remaining small parts of the crimped fibers are hydrophilic stable fibers accelerating the holding of the liquid. Both fibers are blended over the entire part of the bed materials 30 but are not connected to each other and allow the easy formation of holes 21 to accommodate the transplanted plants 12 in the bed materials 30. The bed materials 30 impart open spaces 32 around the crimped fibers 31 so as to consider the optimum air for the adequate growth of the roots and the plant cultivation.
