USE: A herbicide showing excellently herbicidal activity against monocytyledonous weeds and dicotyledonous weeds, having low phytotoxicity to useful plants and low toxicity to men and animals free from problems of residual toxicity.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula II is reacted with a compound of formula III or a compound of formula IV with a compounded of formula V (Hal is halogen) to give a compound shown by formula I.
