A canvas curtain 1B of durable, chemical resisting quality and of small permeability coefficient is lowered as the silt protector 1, from a float floating on the water surface and then, a ballast chain 1C is attached to the lower end of this canvas curtain 1B. As well as the silt protector 1, the auxiliary film material 2 has a float 2A having a canvas curtain 2B lowered from the float 2A and an anchor 2C attached to the lower end of the canvas curtain 2B.
