The master cryptographic equipment uses a cryptographic key generated by a cryptographic key generating section 3 from the received open key Y and the open key X of its own equipment to encrypt the common data A and compares it with the data received and encripted by the slave cryptographic equipment, and sends an acknowledge toward the slave cryptographic equipment to start the cryptographic communication when they are coincident.
