Moreover, when the SW78-1 is set to the position (b), the signal is delayed for a prescribed time at a delay circuit Γ1 and inputted to a signal speed converter 51-1-1 from the position (b) of the SW78-3. Thus, interception by a radio equipment not belonging to the system and not knowing timewise transmission sequence of the signal accommodated in the slot is prevented.
