Besides, this equipment is provided with an optical reading means 21 for reading optically readable information applied to the tickets, printing part 40 for performing prescribed printing to tickets to forms, and a medium carrier path for carrying these tickets or media among respective components. Thus, the tickets or forms can be issued while reducing the burden on the operator.
