CONSTITUTION: A water-solbule high-molecular bonding agent such as polyacrylic acid (amide), polyvinyl alcohol or methyl cellulose, a surface active agent such as soidum dodecylbenzenesulfonate or a sodium alkylbenzenesulfoante, an antifreeze agent such as triethanolamine or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, a refractive index controlling agent such as dipropylene glycol or erythritol and water are mixed, and sponge or nonwoven fabric is impregnated with the obtained mixture and hermetically sealed in an aluminum foil-laminated bag or synthetic resin bag to obtain the objective antifogging product.
