| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a nail dryer by applying coating agent as a top coat and making a permissive does of ultra violet light source radiate the top coat to have a chemical reaction to consequently dry manicure or enamel in several minutes. CONSTITUTION: Manicure is applied on the finger nails to have a photo-curing coating on it. An user would grip a grip means 20 consequently, positioning its finger nails to the radiation position of a photo tube 38, say, on the upper face of a switch 22 on gripping it. The photo tube 38 is excited when opening the switch 22 on pressing it. Once the photo tube 38 is excited, a long wave ultraviolet light is radiated to the nails to cause the light reactive coating agent to be chemically combined and to chemically react with the non-reactive manicure agent in around three minutes on drying the manicure.
