콘크리트 기초 위에 하부기주(40)를 하부에 형성된 기초플렌지(47)를 이용하여 고정 설치하고, 하부기주(40) 상단에 형성된 례듀샤결합소켓(41) 내측에 이동기주(30)를 삽입시키고, 이동기주 내측에는 취부기주(20)를 삽입시키고, 례듀사결합소켓(31,41)에 례듀샤(70)를 결합시킨 후, 취부기주(20)에 등기구(80) 또는 신호기(90)를 취부한다.
또한 하부기주(40) 상단에 형성된 고정기주결합소켓(42)에 도르레(10)가 결합된 고정기주(50)를 결합시키고, 도르레(10)에 설치된 와이어(46)의 한쪽을 고정기주(50) 내측을 통하여 하부기주(40) 중간 내측에 설치된 와이어윈치(43)에 연결하고, 도르레(10)에 설치된 와이어(46)의 또 다른 한쪽을 취부기주(20) 상단에 형성된 와이어연결고리(21)에 연결한다.
하부기주(40) 중간 내측에 형성된 와이어윈치(43)의 윈치핸들(45)을 돌리면 와이어(46)는 와이어드럼(44)에 감기면서 하주기주(40) 내측에 설치된 이동기주(30)와 등기구(80) 또는 신호기(90)가 취부된 취부기주(20)가 상승한다.
이때 취부기주(20) 상단 외측에 형성된 기주고정홈(22)이 도르레(10) 하단에 형성된 기주결합소켓(13) 내측에 삽입되어 기주고정돌기(14)와 결합하여 고정되면 하부기주(40) 상단에 설치된 고정볼트(49)로 삽입된 이동기주(30)를 고정시켜 설치를 완료한다.
또한 유지보수시에는 고정볼트(49)를 풀어 이동기주(30)의 고정을 풀고, 윈치핸들(44)을 돌려 와이어(46)를 풀면 이동기주(30)가 하부기주(40)내측에 일직으로 서서히 하강하면서 등기구(80) 또는 신호기(90)를 유지보수 할 수 있는 위치가지 하강시켜 작업을 할 수 있으며, 이때 등기구(80) 또는 신호기(90)의 상, 하 이동시 등기구(80) 또는 신호기(90)에 연결되어 있는 케이블은 하부기주(40) 하단에 형성된 케이블출입구(44)를 통하여 출입하는 구조로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
