2 electrode 11 with O-ring 12. α-Ketoglutamic acid and asparaginic acid are then fed from substrate soln. tank 5 into the soln. flowing from detector 4, and the amount of CO
2 generating from glutamic acid formed by GOT in the specimen is measured with the 2nd detector 6 of the same kind as the kind of detector 4. The output difference between detectors 4, 6 is calculated with electronic device 8, and the amount of GOT is recorded in recording meter 9.
