Thus heated liquid passes through a return pipe 3E and increases the temperature of a regenerating tank for supplying hot water by the fermentation heat exchanging coil. By these procedures, such a disadvantage and inconvenience that the solar heat slone absorbed is not sufficient for heating in nighttime and adverse weather, are solved, and in addition, in summer season, such an advantage that the geotherm exchanger to be utilized for cooling room can be obtained.
