CONSTITUTION: A unit cell consists of a frame 1, a common inlet 6 and a common outlet 7 for electrolyte, both being cut in on the frame 1, a positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 3 fixed to the frame 1. The unit calls are assembled in layers with a spacer 5 between the adjacent unit cells and fixed by a resin or a tape on both side faces. The unit assembly is placed in a mold having a block for forming a common inlet 6, a pin for forming an inlet 9 for each unit cell, and a block for forming an inlet 11 connected to a electrolyte filling inlet 13, then molded using a thermosetting resin thus forming an outlet 10 for the unit cell, common outlet 7, an outlet 12 connected with an outlet 14.
