CONSTITUTION: A T-shape core 51 is defined at the center part of the width direction of core material 58 and L-shape cores 52 are provided on both sides of the T-shape core 51 facing each other and an I-shape core 53 is provided between a pair of pilot holes 54 formed at the borderline of the repetition of the patterns. The respective cores have narrow scrapped parts around them and, with such layout, the uniform side pressure is applied to the whole circumferences of the respective cores. Moreover, a plurality of half-punched coupling parts 56 are provided so as to make the approximately uniform force applied to the surfaces of the cores. The coupling parts 56 are formed by half-punching the core material 58 and, when the cores are piled, the projection part of one core is mated with the necessed part of the other core and those parts are fixed together by the side pressure created when the cores are punched out.
