The plate 10 is hooked to the hooking part 106 of the lock lever 18 by the rotation of the board 7 and via the hooking element 6 of the spiral cam 75. With rotation of the cam 7, the part 27a touches the gear 8, and a junction can be prevented by the spring 14 of the auxiliary lever 4 between the element 6 of the plate 10 and the hooking part 73 of the cam 70. In such way, an excessive load can be avoided when the tape pack is loaded, thus ensuring a light operation.
