A sprocket 5 is mounted on the outer periphery of the hollow shaft 3, and an engine power is transmittable through a chain, not shown. An axle 7 for a single wheel or an axis, not shown, for two wheels is selectively inserted in the hollow part 4 of the hollow shaft 3 according to a working condition. Each of the axles and the hollow shaft 3 are intercoupled through insertion of a coupling pin 10 in through-holes 6 and 9.
