CONSTITUTION: A nozzle-form plug 22 is screwed to the top end of the pipe part 7A of an elbow pipe 7. The fine hole 22b is communicated with the center hole 22c of the plug 22. In addition, the end of the fine hole 22b is in the position slightly inner than the inside wall surface of the elbow pipe 7 or in the position parallel with its inside surface. With such construction, the direct entry of the pressure waves propagated from a pump into the pressure-detecting fine hole 22b of the plug 22 does not occur and since the reflected waves from the inlet of a hydraulic cylinder are sufficiently attenuated at the angle part of the elbow pipe 7, the stability of the pointer of the load meter is assured. Since the capillary tube in the elbow pipe is eliminated in this way, the accident owing to the dislocation of the capillary tube, etc. may be prevented.
