The carrier is then molded, gelatinized and washed with water to form many unevennesses on the surface of the carrier and further carry out cultivation using the immobilized carrier under specific condition. Thereby the porous agent is metabolized and hydrolyzed by the immobilized microbial cells in the interior of the carrier to form many cavities in the interior of the carrier and immobilize the microbial cells in a high concentration.
