PREPARATION: A sulfide expressed by formula II is electrochemically reacted with fluoride ions to afford the compound expressed by formula I. Controlled potential electrolysis is preferably carried out as an electrolytic method and platinum electrodes are preferably used in the anode and cathode as the electrodes. Triethylamine, etc., are used as a fluorinating agent and the reaction is preferably carried out at -10 to +40°C.
