"Ethylthiometon" of formula I , "Methomyl" of formula II, "Acephate" of formula III, etc. may be cited as the penetrating and migrative insecticide and nematocide, and the content thereof is 2.5W50wt% preferably 5W30wt%, based on the total weight. Either one of an inorganic or organic fertilizer may be used as the fertilizer, and a mineral fine powder, e.g. talc or clay, may be preferred for the filler. In case Bursaphelenchus lignicolus is the object, Ethylthiometon of formula I , Methomyl of formula II or Ethoprop of formula IV is preferably used as the active constituent.
