The amount of the titanium oxide or zinc oxide to be used is preferably within 0.05W5% in the agricultural chemical dust. The titanium oxide is preferably easily available titanium dioxide. Clay or talc, etc. usually used as the agricultural chemical dust is used as the mineral powdery carrier. An insecticide, germicide, plant growth regulating agent and a mixture thereof which may be used in the form of the dust can be used as the active constituent of the agricultural chemical.
