When the renewal of the use month is necessary and if the use date of this time is before closing, the apparatus renews the payable balance to the paying limit amount with the use month as a current month. In case the date is after closing, the apparatus renews the payable balance to the paying limit amount with the use month as a next month. In this way, the paying limit amount is set in each period
