The washed cloth 1 is then introduced from the cloth supply device A into the alkali solution tank 23, e.g. NaOH, and brought into contact with the solution 22 at pH≥7.0, preferably 7.5W11.0, fully by the agitator 24 which goes up and down to wash out and separate the stain. The washed cloth 1 is then rinsed in the rinsing device C of the dehydration and washing chamber 29 to remove the alkali solution and remaining stain. The rinsed cloth 1 is washed with hot water, dehydrated in the dehydration device D to remove almost all of the moisture, and regenerated.
